The new 3 Team Menu Mod by Hawke For PES 2021 PC includes Everton, Borussia Dortmund and 1 more custom menu.

Install:
1. [Download] the PES2021 Menu Mods 2 .RAR Archive.
2. Take the “Menu” folder from your chosen menu mod & copy to your Sider “livecpk” folder.
3. Add the line cpk.root = ".livecpkMenu" to your Sider.ini.
