Just a little tool for de/encrypting and zlib/unzlib .bin files.
I included a c# dll file, so you can use it in your own app.

 

PES 2014 Edit-Crypter 1.1 New Features:
add option to zlib/unzlib bin files (PC/Console)
now supports de/encrypting for all bin files from save folder
