How do you install this? Keeps saying corrupt and does this include kits etc?

ths patch is rubbish i have a much better 1 but dnt no how to upload it.and thierry henry dosent even look like him .my 1 does and i also have .ronaldinho,rivaldo,luis ronaldo,roberto carlos,edger davids and david beckham all looking like they should .and all kits and bagdes its the ultimate patch.

how can i upload my option file .its the best file so far and iv seen a few of them. and all names in all teams r correct .kits logos badges all correct there is nothing more tht needs to be done except the transfers for january but u cn do them urself .but i need to no how to upload it

why when i download the patch in ules…. , but in the previous option file in ulus… , when i copied the three in the ules and past it in ules , then open the game , it said corrupted data , can you explained it liam , thank bro
