1. Unrar files.
2. run (Setup 4.2.exe) and choose Install.
3. choose a scoreboard style and second division league.

  8. hay thanks for the patch! but there is still some errors in champions league team.. some team wear D2 kit! please fix it 🙂 and yeah, SPL or MLS will be cool for replace D2 league! just for fun 🙂

  12. bjorn je moet 2 dagen wachten en die real shirts in champions league zijn ook fake man die ik had al tegen die patch eigenaar gezegd hij zegt dat het in de 4.2.3 patch word gefixt…

  25. maar dit is toch een patch hoe kan ik deze erbij zetten bedoel je door middel van bijv. unnamed_….?

    ik wil toch de smoke patch vasthouden…
    of bedoel je dat ik met 2 patches kan spelen?

  26. ja deze staat los van de smoke path,werken allebei verschillend,als je deze installeerd,jkrijg na deze download nog een icoontje op je bureaublad en die werk dan voor deze patch.en deze download bestaat dus uit de gewone download en de fix

  49. Hi i cant open pes2012.exe after install the patch it say me that i have an error, i take aut antivirus and run as admin, and i cant to open the game please help me.

  50. Hi, got the smoke patch gold….everything works fine…except in the league n-power (English Championship) division there seems to be every other team except Bristol City…the team I happen to support. Is this available at all (or ever likely to be)

  55. Please next time you upload a newer patch , choose some better hosts.. We have to wait for ages to download each file if we are not premium users..
