I tried to start game with this option file, but it wont work. Game starts, load option file, and stops after loading.
Any solution?
Can you make option file for english and france version?

same for me – game freezes after option file is loaded (cannot select PAL/NTSC mode – just black screen)

Same as the other guys, game freezes after loading Option File. I use the Spanish version, and tried all 3 (UK and GER as well) but it obviously won’t load unless it’s the same Option File as my PES. Anyway, as far as I can see, both the UK and SPA versions have the freezing problem after it loads, let’s see if at least the GER Option File works.
Waiting for a new version of this save.
