Use the GGS program, open the folder img Dt0c your PES2012.
Look for unnamed_5612 bin, right click on “Import a file over this one with …”
Look for the bin folder, and confirm, wait …
A message will appear confirming that the installation was successful, click OK and go to the game …

WARNING: I advise you to do a backup of the file dt0c, if not a certain installation.
