PES 2012 Licences Revealed

PES 2012 Licences Revealed

La Liga will be fully licensed for PES 2012.

As expected, Ligue 1 and The Eredivisie will be fully licensed too. Adam Bhatti also told me that the Serie A will remain, and be the same as PES 2011.

Judging from the latest code, it seems that Bayern Munich will be the only licensed German team.

We are pleased to reveal that there will be NEW licensed teams, that will appear in the Other Leagues section of PES 2012.

Konami have made the choice, and have decided to implement the following eight teams into PES 2012:

Genk (Belgium)
Standard Liège (Belgium)
Bayer Leverkusen (Germany)
Wisła Kraków (Poland)
Oţelul Galaţi (Romania)
CSKA Moscow (Russia)
FC Zürich (Switzerland)
Trabzonspor (Turkey)

But with new licensed teams coming in, we will also see teams leaving the PES series.

Here are the eight teams that will not be in PES 2012.

Club Brugge (Belgium)
Werder Bremen (Germany)
Dinamo Bucureşti (Romania)
CFR Cluj (Romania)
Unirea Urziceni (Romania)
Spartak Moscow (Russia)
FK Crvena Zvezda (Serbia)
SK Slavia Praha (Czech Republic)

    • I hope you don’t switch to fifa, because fifa 12 has exactly the same gameplay as fifa 10, when you keep playing pes they earn more money and they can make license agreements, although I completely agree with your points of criticisme…

  3. Will Hearts be back in PES this time, as i don’t really care for a full SPL update. Jedword (THE OLD FIRM ) & Hearts would suffice!

  4. PES 2012 should have at least 5teams from Germany, and they should have the Classic teams from around the world, they should also have more licensed teams from England,Italy, and they should have 2nd division Leagues

  5. Looking at the PES2012 Demo 2, FC Zürich won’t be in the final game. Rather odd considering they were to be licenced? Must have been an issue between the club and Konami. There has been no replacement. Also, the Argentina and Ivory Coast teams will be unlicenced in PES2012. They were licenced in PES2011. Argentina being unlicenced is a bit of a shock considering they had a licence since PES6.

Finally, Braga can be added to the list of unlicenced teams. They were licenced in the last few PES games but in the semi-fake Portuguese league in the game they have a fake name.
