just copy the new downloaded dt04.img in to the directory and replace the old one
*Fake emblems have been replaced, including EPL(18 teams),Serie A(Palermo) and La Liga(6 teams).

i downloaded but it fixed only the emblems of the leagues

with the official DLC from konami this file stops working on club logos, just the league logos work.
