Pes 2011 Extra-Content Unlocker by 222

How to use the tool:
    -Open tool
    -Select what Content you will unlock
    -Go to “file”–>”Save” and choose your “OPTION.bin” in your PES 2011 save folder
    -Go ingame and play with new Content

Hello sorry but why i can't open it say ((The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000135))?

i'm not update .NET framework then try to open or look at firewall to dont block this file only when this file wanna connect to i-net
