Spain & Japan and in this patch you can use jabulani ball that made gkan
in this patch there are some new graphic like new menu
and the team formation are complete and new into 2010/2011
like mascherano in Barca, mesut ozil In Real Madrid.
To install this patch copy img file into your pes2011 demo img folder then open your afs explorer and open your pes demo dt06.img and import those file’s that are in dt06.img folder.

Where are Real Madrid and Inter etc?
I installed your patch and it's still only Barca + Bayern Munich.

still stay same team barca and bayern..
i want a real deal not a magical word..
You are not in the position to demand anything. You didnt pay for anything!!!
Nevertheless i couldnt manage to install it right.
Could you give a more detailed information of the install procedure?
The patch also does not work for me. The menu may look like it was patched, but I only Bayern and Barcelona to choose from.
I can't insert the files with the afs program!
you don't need to use afs program for teams.
just copy img files to C:\Program Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 DEMO\img
and copy pes-hio.exe and setting.txt to C:\Program Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 DEMO
then open pes-hio.exe choose your teams and it will start automatically
