1. Copy the folder ‘Africa’ to ‘PES 2010\kitserver\GDB\uni\National”
2. Copy the folder ‘dt0c.img’ to ‘PES 2010\kitserver\pesedit\img”

The sleeve patch file (dt0c.img-unnamed_5879.bin) is based on the one in PESEdit.com 2010 Patch 1.4 and adds a sleeve patch for CAN 2010.
If you use other (kit) patches you may need to change the file in order to get it working correctly with all kits and sleeve patches.
