PES2010 ScoreboardEditor 0.2 by 222

Changelog Version 0.2:
– Added Width and height for time icons and score icons
– Added convert Scoreboard 16:9 <–> 4:3 (I am not sure if this work perfect :S)
– Change Value increment. Now when you click Up or Down the it goes 1 pixel
– Added ToolTips
Importent: Read the Readme
-Open the tool
-Open the unpacked unnamed_168.bin
-make youre changes
-Save it
-Put the compressed unnamed_168.bin in the dt06.img
