Just place in Konami save and import. Same process as stadium import.

PES 2012 Liga Zon Sagres Team Export by Ctonian Installation:

Add TM_EXPORT to Konami save folder
Go into game and import.
Follow prompts and overwrite team you want to update.
Go slow the first time.
