3. open PESEDIT.exe and select the preferred leagues
4. open pes2013 and enjoy

• Fake teams from Europe in ML and BAL Mode replaced with
  Victoria Plzen, Rubin Kazan, Apoel FC, Opeul Galati with full squads.
• Some players have now their original faces (see screenshots)
• Classic Turkey, Besiktas, Fenerbahce and Galatasaray teams with classic kits and their legendary players.
• The problem that the names on the Besiktas kit are not shown, is now fixed
• The player and team names in the game are now First Up. For example:
  “BARCELONA” – “Barcelona”, “MESSI” – “Messi”
