you still have to buy the extra content. Try purchasing the classic Brazil, France etc. It should work.

Did you download the latest Data pack? If you haven’t done this, do it. Then insert the USB and copy only the edit data file. It will ask you if you want to replace the other data file. Choose yes and it should work.

Create a folder mark PS3 and drag the data folder in that folder (you are doing on your PC).
Copy onto USB making sure there are no other folders on the USB.
Remove the game disk from the your playstation console.
Insert the USB and copy all the files (you should be in the game data utility on the playstation when doing this).
Insert the game disk and voila.
