I downloaded the file but noticed that it was only like 15mb, and comes to mind that we should download everything .. I mean.. download and install v1 then download and install v2 and finally this v3. Now, since we already have v1.03 dlc from konami I think v1 v2 will not work now, so the reason why the option file is not working I think is because we are missing files… Hope the v3 opfile is full and we do not need the other v1 v2 files to have it full.
