See the thing is, EA owns the exclusive rights to both the Premier League and the Bundesliga, so clearly Konami can’t please everyone. What they CAN do is grab 2 licenses from both of the leauges, and that’s what they’ve been doing for ever so long. However, the patching community is strong, so licenses don’t really matter as opposed to EA
