Is there a possibility of such a tool for PES 2021? I think they should focus on producing tools for this PES since KONAMI has apparently left this game as the last in the series. A transfer tool in the Master League and Ser Leyenda is sorely lacking. It is urgently needed as COM is not able to do proper transfers.

Does this work on patched games too?
I have installed patch 3.5 but it seems to habe the same problem as Sion mentioned before

OK, Open EDIT.bin & ML01.bin, click apply then save. Open the game and load ML01, players have not transferred. close the game and load the tool again, players are still transferred on the file but not in game.

My version is 1.03 & DLC 7
