Its a lit bit difficul, but you must first conect your usb memory(must have min.2 gb) to xbox360, and format usb.And from HDD where have you had PES 2011 instaled ,you must copy EDIT.data in to USB And now plug to your laptot and must have some program to copy this patch on USB(to library where you copy the EDIT file.)
