Just download the file, unzip the file to desktop and copy that onto your usb!
Now the important bit is this, you need to delete your Edit data for your PES 2010 game, meaning when you first start the game your asked about what level of play your used to. Now copy one by one every single file from the usb in saved game utility, it will automatically save to the PES 2010 File. When you have copied every file over start your game! You will probabaly have a pop up window say "this is not your edit data", this ok because you can start a new 1. It will NOT effect your master league or cup saved data. Only the names, faces and kits change. Hope this has helped, and to those people that didn't help, shame on you….toodles B)
