if you have problem with patch that patch doesn’t work or all kits are same and no bundesliga.I got solution. right click on your pes2010 exe in your pes directory and check if it is read-only file.If it is read-only file your patch won’t work so turn off read-only file and your patch for pes will work… thx

I have windows 7 and when I try to install any kind of PES patches It says The upgrade patch can not be installed by the windows installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing or the upgrade patch may update a diffrent version of the program. verify that the program to upgraded exist on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch.
PLEASE SOME ONE HELP ME. My PES is installed in C:\Prog..\KONAMI\Pro… WHAT SHOULD I DO??

I think the all paches for pes 2010 are worng.I dont know why
