For those who can´t install, because of the read only error, but are sure the files aren´t read only. maybe you have windows vista or windows 7. try running the manager.exe or the setup.exe as administrator.

It Worked for me.

For those who see white blocks instead of radar etc. I've tried a bit and when you delete the files unnamed_168 and unnamed_169 out of the directory dt06.img it seems to be fine. But I didn't test it intensively. Hope this will help some of you!!!
