1: Extract the download file with WinRAR or 7z
2: Open the reg folder inside the PES 2010 Database Editor 0.2 and Copy these two files
…\PES 2010 Database Editor 0.2 by MxSoniC\reg
zlibocx2.dll
ZlibTool.ocx

3: Paste those two files in the System 32 folder

C:\Windows\System32

4: Only for some Computers**
Right Click the REGSVR32.EXE file
and click properties. Click the Compatibility Tap and check the Run this program as Administrator box. Click Apply then ok.

5: Go back to the reg folder and
double click the reg.bat file
Note: the reg.bat file, not the
REGSVR32.EXE file.

It should say reg… succeeded at this point

6: Double click the PES 2010 OF_Online Editor 0.2.exe file at the root folder and it should work nbow. Enjoy!!!
